Our mission
As a public benefit corporation, our mission at ecobadlandz is to accelerate the transition to sustainable practices in travel and outdoor recreation by building products that facilitate decarbonization/electrification of the economy, inspire environmental conservation, and minimize environmental harm.
The problem
Our planet is in the midst of a well-documented and well-recognized climate crisis due to human activity. Mitigating the negative effects on humans and global ecosystems requires bold concerted action by all of humanity. Central to this effort is the need to decarbonize the global economy and protect natural ecosystems as quickly as possible. This requires governments, businesses, communities, and individuals to move rapidly toward a more sustainable, net zero carbon economy that protects and values natural ecosystems.
The Ranger EV solution
By offering the convenience of EV charging at their properties, hosts empower their guests to get out there and travel with their EVs. EV charging as an amenity is a strong differentiator and value driver for properties on the Ranger network. Our solution makes EV charging at travel destinations seamless and gives hosts important energy insights as they attract more EV travelers. Together we can contribute to shaping the social norms around electric vehicle charging, energy transactions, and grid resiliency for people around the world.
